What is My Washington Personal Injury Case Worth?

June 27, 2023
NG Law

If you were to search what your case is worth online, you will find a lot of firms that throw around large numbers to lure you in and even “calculators” that claim to have an estimation of what you are owed without ever meeting you.  Some even say they can tell you what your case is worth if you just give them a call.  But is it really that simple?  Here’s the truth: without taking the time to know your story, there is no way to determine the value of your case.

For the team at NG Law, this is “why” your story matters.  This is why our team takes a deep dive and a very personal interest in knowing not just how you were hurt, but more importantly, how it has impacted your life in all of the roles that you play as a person, a parent, or grandparent, an employee, a spouse, and so on.

Your Personal Injury Case is More Than a List of Receipts

This article could be an exhaustive list of all the various recoverable damages and the state minimum insurance coverages associated with them, but no list would cover the true value. You know you are owed for the medical treatment for the physical injuries you suffered as well as the costs associated with repairing or replacing any property damaged in your case. But your pain and suffering are worth more.

Those few words, “pain and suffering,” encompass numerous other areas, what the law calls “noneconomic damages,”  that are recoverable in a Washington personal injury case. These include, but are not limited to, things like:

  • Emotional and mental distress
  • Short-and-Long-term disabilities
  • Inconvenience
  • Loss of enjoyment in life
  • Loss of consortium (loss of relationships)

These negative impacts on your life and your relationships are recoverable in Washington.

Individualized Services Mean Individualized Results

The team at NG Law has spent over 75 years practicing law and understands the ins and outs of the legal system in the state of Washington. This experience allows us to recognize the value of your case after getting to know you and the circumstances of what happened and how things have changed.

We focus on bringing individualized services to each and every client instead of trying to apply blanket truths to a diverse group of people. That individualized service means individualized results that reflect the value of your personal experience.

We won’t sell you short by throwing around arbitrary numbers just to get you in the door. We value you as an individual and are dedicated to getting every dollar you are owed in your Washington personal injury case. Contact NG Law and get to know the real value of your case.
